Columbia House is one of the largest and most prominent office site in Worthing (West Sussex). The building which dates back to the 70′s still had the original facade and the marketing of available space was limited to small agent-style boards. My brief was to bring the building, and the marketing of available space, up to date – with plenty of impact. A brand was created that was modern, yet still sympathetic to the building. On the front of the building a new fascia was installed along the 18 meter long canopy, along with a large-format sign at the top of the building. To attract potential tenants, the marketing of the site involved six by eight foot marketing boards, a brochure and a website.
